Pursuit Center exists to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their full potential and live their best lives. In 2023, facing a leadership transition, they needed more than a stopgap - they needed steady, expert development leadership. Thrive ran with three priorities: keep every grant submission on track, sustain major donor cultivation and stewardship, and support third-party fundraising events wherever needed. To set the incoming director up for success, Thrive led a full database migration, facilitated donor calls, and kept grants and events on schedule.
